Step 1, Referral: Your case manager submits your Service Authorization (SA) and basic intake details.
Step 2, Intake & Setup: We confirm dietary needs, delivery instructions, and your weekly delivery schedule.
Step 3, Meal Preparation: Our local kitchen prepares your meals fresh, following dietitian-approved guidelines.
Step 4, Weekly Delivery: Meals are delivered chilled with easy reheating instructions.
How It Works for Private Pay Meal Delivery Clients
Our process is simple, supportive, and designed to get meals to your door quickly. Our private pay meals follow the same menu schedule as our Medicaid meals, Private pay meals are offered at the following rates
Billed Weekly $150
Billed 4 Weeks At A Time: $480
4 week blocks are billed at a rate of $120 per week. Your delivery date is dependent upon your enrollment and payment dates.

Step 4, Make Payment: Meals are paid for in advance.You will be invoiced for your meals and payment is taken online only.

Step 4, Weekly Delivery: Meals are delivered chilled with easy reheating instructions.
How It Works for Private Catering
Our process is simple, supportive, and designed to get meals to your door quickly. Our prices vary for catering, and we have different offerings. Please contact us to get a quote for your catered event. While we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice for catering, event catering may require additional lead time and a separate event permit. For events under this deadline, there will be additional rush fees added if we are able to accommodate.
