We serve Denver Metro Area, Aurora, Boulder, and Colorado Springs.

Individuals enrolled in Colorado Medicaid waiver programs who have an approved Service Authorization (SA) for Home-Delivered Meals (HDM) qualify for meals at no cost. Your case manager or care coordinator can determine eligibility and begin the referral process.
You can ask your case manager to send your referral anytime.
Your case manager submits your Service Authorization.
We review your dietary needs and delivery instructions.
You begin receiving weekly deliveries.
To keep things smooth and safe, for new members, our kitchen prepares a set menu for the first two weeks. Meals are created with dietitian guidance. After your first delivery, we allow you to choose all of your meals.
We can accommodate:

Renal-conscious
Gluten-aware
Soft or chopped textures
After the first 2 weeks, you may select your meals from the client app, or call in your order.
We can deliver to:
A cooler you leave outside
A designated drop-off location
A caregiver or family member
